Queens mail carrier Doug Heffernan (Kevin James) is a man of simple wants: he loves his wife, his food, and his television. But when Carrie Heffernan’s (Leah Remini) widowed father moves in, these simple pleasures are suddenly upended; Doug and his beer buddies are relegated to the garage, and Arthur (Jerry Stiller, SEINFELD) takes over the TV room. Arthur has his own eccentricities, and sharing space with his unusual father-in-law makes for some trying times for poor Doug, as well as some hilarious antics.
